INITIAL BRIEFING INTERVIEW: A detailed analysis of what the client wishes to achieve in transforming their work or home space. Using site data such as floor plans, SPACED conduct an environmental survey using Feng Shui techniques. This is combined with extensive sampling of the client´s opinions using questionnaires to reveal attitudes to change and social dynamics. Environmental factors such as GS and EMF will also be diagnosed.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: From the Initial Interview, a project plan will be developed by SPACED. This plan documents the recommended client solution in building and design terms. This document can be used as a basis for contracting building work and other professional services. For example, an interior design project plan may contain sections on: user needs, statutory requirements, decorative resources, site characteristics, building interior, building services, furniture and equipment.
INTEGRATION: Once the project is completed, SPACED conduct a structured evaluation of the changed environment. Based on this information, the client will be able to use and maintain their space in an optimal way.
